Acting Classes at Unity
Explore and Express Your Inner Creativity!
Fridays, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Taught by Carolyn Maye Middleton
This weekly class offers an opportunity to discover your latent talents and creativity. As you work on scenes and monologues from a play, you will learn to use your body, mind, and Spirit to make the character come alive, and doors will open to a deeper understanding of your Inner Self. This exciting journey will help you to realize and reveal the gift and power of your uniqueness. No acting experience is necessary…only a desire to find new ways for self-expression as you discover a New You.
The class is conducted by Carolyn Maye Middleton. Carolyn starred on Broadway in Man of La Mancha and The Most Happy Fella and has performed extensively in regional theater and internationally. She directed The Unity Players’ gala performance of Spoon River Anthology, which was received with great enthusiasm.
The following are some of the changes students have experienced in their class work:
“My participation in the class is stimulating my imagination and
allowing me to expresses myself with confidence.”
“The class has increased my self-awareness
and added to my spiritual growth.”
“I am learning to listen to my Inner Voice.”
“Working together creatively is another way to
